Summary

Enviro’s Iso-Roll high-speed fabric roll-up door is designed to combine simplicity and safety with superior seal efficiencies. Utilizing a unique dual purpose track which seals and retains the door curtain, air infiltration is isolated from the ground up.

Features

The Iso-Roll combines uncomplicated design with features essential to mantaining a controlled environment including:

  • Compliance with CGMP, FDA and EMEA requirements.
  • Tight seal designed to withstand .12 plus inches of water.
  • Two directional break-away curtain with automatic “upward cycle reset” feature.
  • Adjustable open and closing speeds. (Opening speeds of up to 
    50 inches per second.
  • Safe, soft bottom edge with no steel bottom bar for optimal seal.
  • Low profile design for restricted wall space.
  • Minimal moving parts. No pulleys, springs, straps or wind ribs.

  • Up to 12’ x 12’.

    • Panel Construction
    • .030 thick multi-filament PVC coated curtain material, FDA compliant.
    • White or blue color curtain standard.
       (Other colors available upon request)
    • 28” high, full width, clear PVC vision panel.
    • Optional frame and shroud construction.
    •  No windknobs or windbars required.
    • Soft Bottom edge- no bottom bar required.


    Frame/Shroud Construction
    • Side frames constructed with 12 ga., 304 #4 stainless steel with 16 ga. stainless steel covers.
    • Side frames designed for maximum durability and easy wipe-down/wash-down with quick inspection.
    • 16 ga. sloped shrouds completely enclose the curtain roll and drive motor.
    Operator Features
    • High performance, high efficiency 1 hp electric motor.
    • Available in 120, 208 or 230 volts single phase or 460 volts, 3 phase, 60 hz unit.
    • Encoder controlled. Adjustable open and close speeds up to 50”/sec. Two speed operation 50"/sec. open, 25"/sec. close.
    Performance Features
    • Standard pushbutton to open and time delay to close.
    • Recessed send and receive reversing photoeye in the side frames (std).
    • Safe soft electronic instant reversing edge on  bottom panel (std).
    • Recovery system allows the door panel to reset itself after impact.
