Summary
Pioneered by ENVIRO over twenty years ago, the hydraulic operator eliminates the "wear-to-work" parts found in typical electro-mechanical operators. There are no brakes, clutches, gear boxes or belts to adjust, repair or replace.
Features
- The Enviro HDS High Speed Door System combines the speed of a bi-folding or fabric roll-up door with the insulating qualities of a hard panel door.
- The high speed HDS operator provides two speed operation for quick door opening and slower closing.
- Designed with programmable logic controls (PLC) and variable frequency drive (VFD) system. The HDS system has no brakes, clutches, gear boxes, or belts to adjust, repair or replace which extends system life and reduces maintenance.
- Hydraulic operation provides smooth door acceleration
and deceleration. - Self lubrication with hydraulic fluid.
- Instant reversal because there is no lag time.
- The totally enclosed HDS operator and NEMA-4 fiberglass control box easily withstands hostile environments, including frequent washing, dirt, steam, heat, and salt water.
- Five year unlimited cycle warranty.
Door Sizes
- Minimum: 5' x 7'.
- Maximum: 12' x 14'.

- Metal or fiberglass construction.
Insulation
- 4" poured polyurethane foam.
- R33 or R50.
- "K" factor of .12 at 75°F.
Operation
- Two-speed operation which provides quick door access and slower

Door Speeds
- Bi-parting panel door speed: 80" per second open, and 40" per second close
